  • 3-4 fresh peaches, pitted, sliced
  • 1 small green capsicum, slicef
  • 1 small tomato, desseded, sliced
  • 1/4 cup walnut halves
  • 2 tbsp pickled onions
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
  • Handful phalsa berries
  • Microgreens to top

Dressing

  • 1 tsp tsp dried herbs
  • 1/4 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Himalayan rock salt
